100% Tri – Team Director

Paul has over twenty five years of experience in teaching and coaching. He also holds a degree in Sports Administration and has delivered some of the largest sporting events in the UK and abroad including World University Games, British University Games and many national domestic championships and multisport competitions for literally 1000’s of competitors.

In addition to being the Director of Team  100% Tri,  Paul oversees a specialist swim coaching and event management business www.onehundredpercentswimming.co.uk He delivers swim coaching for individuals and teams in the UK and Italy. Working with beginners through to national age-group champions, he provides first rate tuition to help them achieve their goals.

Combine this experience with an outstanding competitive background as a former national league swimmer, British Universities Modern Biathlete, Great Britain Surf Lifesaving team member and Age Group Triathlete who has competed from sprint through to double ironman and you will see that Paul is perfectly placed to direct 100% Tri team activity.

 

Stefan Lawrence (Pictured right)
100% Tri – Head Coach

In addition to being Head Coach at 100% Tri Stefan runs his own triathlon coaching business www.tri-sl-training.com and day to day he coaches a wide range of individual athletes, clubs and coaches from those clubs – he is “the coach’s coach”. Preparing athletes to complete their first triathlon through to guiding high performance athletes to European & World Championship Gold Medals Stefan adds performance to every preparation.

Personally he has an exceptional level of experience in endurance sports, long distance running and cycling and has competed at the top of his age group in triathlons at distances from sprint to half-ironman. Stefan has also competed for the British Long Course Triathlon Team at European & World Championships.

Stefan is a “Master Coach” who excels at drawing untapped performance out of individuals; rest assured that your training plans for winter, S&C and your Outlaw Half specific plan are all going to forge a major part of your personal success come race day.
